A Retreat to Remember

One of my absolute favorite times of the year is being invited to cater for @bing_retreats. It’s not just about the food; it’s about stepping into a space filled with magic, community, and soul. This time, I had the pleasure of working alongside my brutha from another, the incredible @praktijkmaartenoversier.

Nestled deep in the heart of Palma, Mallorca, the stunning @osamajor_mallorca served as the backdrop. This beautiful retreat was made even more special by the warm family who call it home and the 36 amazing guests who joined us. What a gorgeous group of souls—it was truly a week to remember.

This time, I decided to put myself to the test, catering solo. And you know what? I was in my element 👨‍🍳. The retreat reminded me why I love what I do: creating food that nourishes the body and soul while building memories that last a lifetime.
