Dreams Realized in New York

New York City: one of the most iconic hotspots on the planet. Times Square has always been larger than life, but this time it’s different. I’m here not as a tourist but because Rude Food was invited.

A year ago, I told myself, “Rude, your business is going to get you to New York for private gigs.” That mantra became part of my daily routine, and now, it’s a reality. Hard work, consistency, and discipline—that’s the recipe for living your dreams.

After this whirlwind adventure, I’m off to Mont Blanc, France, to serve up some urban soul food for the winter season. To everyone reading this: Keep dreaming big and going after what you want.
